Terms & Conditions
1. Organiser

This promotion is organised by Fin Fit Investments (Pty) Ltd, Windhoek, Namibia (“Fin Fit”, “we”, “our”). It is neither sponsored, endorsed, administered by nor associated with Facebook/Meta, Apple Inc., or SurveyMonkey. By entering, participants release Facebook/Meta and all other platforms from any liability arising out of or related to this promotion.
 

2. Eligibility

Who may enter: The prize draw is open to individuals who (1) are current Namibian government employees, (2) are 18 years of age or older, and (3) complete the Government Payroll Deduction System Survey in full.

Who may not enter: Employees, officers, and directors of Fin Fit Investments and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law or where running a prize draw of this nature requires registration or is otherwise restricted.
 

3. No purchase or paid consideration

Participation is free. No payment, purchase, or other consideration is required to enter or to increase your chances of winning.
Completing the survey is the sole method of entry.

4. Promotion period

Opening date: 17 September 2025.

Closing date: 24 September 2025.
Entries received after the closing date will not be included.

5. How to enter

Click the survey link provided in our advert or on our page.

Read the survey information and complete all questions honestly. Your survey responses are anonymous.

At the end of the survey you will be directed to a separate contact form to enter the prize draw. Provide your name and contact details there. This ensures your survey responses remain confidential.
 

Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate or incomplete entries will be discarded. Liking, sharing or following our pages is appreciated but not required to enter and will not affect your chances.
 

6. Prize

Grand prize: One (1) Apple iPad Air 128 GB.

Secondary prizes: Nine (9) cash vouchers valued at N$200 each.

Prizes are as described; no cash alternative is offered. Apple Inc. is not a participant in this promotion and does not sponsor or endorse it.
 

7. Winner selection and notification

On 26 September 2025, ten (10) winners will be selected by randomization list, on www.random.org, from all valid entries.  Winners will be notified via the contact details provided and must reply within seven (7) days to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within the time allowed, we reserve the right to draw a replacement. Fin Fit’s decision is final.

8. Publicity

By entering, winners agree to allow Fin Fit to announce their first name, first letter of surname and workplace (e.g., “Mr. John D. – Ministry of Finance”) on our social‑media platforms and website to demonstrate that the prizes have been awarded. Winners will be asked to provide or have a photograph take with their prize for promotional purposes but participation is voluntary.

9. Data use and privacy

Your survey responses are anonymous and will be used solely for research into the government payroll deduction system. Contact details collected for the prize draw will be used only to administer the draw and will not be linked to your survey answers. Personal data will be processed in accordance with these stated Terms and Conditions. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Your data could be used to be contacted again in the future for other surveys or information.

10. Limitation of liability

Fin Fit is not responsible for entries that are misdirected, lost, delayed, or not received due to technical issues. In no event shall Fin Fit, its affiliates or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your participation.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Namibia. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any decisions made by Fin Fit regarding the promotion.
